Say what's wrong
Type it or say it: "my kitchen tap won't stop dripping". Add a photo if you like, pick the trade, choose 15 or 30 minutes.
Leak? Breaker tripping? A licensed pro on live video. $34 for 15 minutes, only if they connect.

Hollr is a Canadian app that puts a licensed plumber, electrician, heating and cooling tech or other tradesperson on a live video call with you. Tell Hollr what's wrong, pick the trade, and the nearest licensed pro who's online picks up. You point your camera at the problem; they tell you what it is, what to try, and what to buy.
From "it's leaking" to knowing exactly what to do, on one call.
Type it or say it: "my kitchen tap won't stop dripping". Add a photo if you like, pick the trade, choose 15 or 30 minutes.
Hollr rings the closest licensed pro who's online for that trade. If they're busy it moves to the next, and you see how far away they are.
Point your back camera at it. Turn your flashlight on, flip cameras, add time. Live captions run on both sides, and translate when you and your pro speak different languages.
This is your pro's side. They tap their screen and an arrow lands on yours: "that nut, right there". Their copilot writes notes, finds the manual and prices the parts while they talk.
After the call you get the diagnosis, the steps, the parts with links, and a plain-language summary. Needs hands on site? You'll see a typical price range too.

Point your camera and talk. It reads the problem, finds the fix, and brings in a licensed pro when you need one.

Slide online from the truck, the kitchen table, or the next driveway. Calls ring for 15 seconds; take the ones you want.
You see the price before the call starts, and you only pay when a pro connects.

A typical Canadian plumber service call, before any repair work, from the HomeStars plumbing cost guide. A Hollr call tells you whether you need that visit at all.
Running long? Add 15 minutes for $34 from the call screen.
Often, yes. A licensed pro can see a drip, hear a furnace, read a model number or a breaker label, and walk you through simple fixes. If it needs tools or hands on site, they'll tell you on the call.
Hollr is launching across Canada. Join the waitlist with your province and city, and we'll email you the day it opens near you.
Before a pro takes their first call, we check their licence number with the body that issues it in their province and confirm it matches their ID. We track expiry dates and remind pros before a licence lapses.
Pros choose their own hours. Before you start, the app shows how many pros are online near you for that trade, so you never pay to wait.
Your pro tells you when it needs hands on site, and why. Your notes, photos and parts list stay with you for whoever you hire. If a pro never connects, you don't pay.
Live electrical panels and gas lines. For those you get a clear in-person referral, never a walkthrough. If you smell gas, leave the house and call your gas utility or 911.
Turn off your main water shut-off first. It's usually where the water line enters the house, often in the basement near the front wall. Then open Hollr and show a pro.
No video is kept. You get the written notes, the parts list and any photos your pro saved during the call.
